Compound Screen Printing is a ferociously independent, customer-focused print shop located in Portland, OR. It features our in house production of custom t-shirts, and other screen-printed apparel, along with DTG printed shirts for a full-color, no minimum option, along with our custom embroidery and custom stickers, labels service.
We have been printing t-shirts since 2020 and have always had a great love for art, graphic design, and printmaking, which makes a custom t-shirt shop a perfect fit.
Being tiny is no exaggeration: we are a small, tight-knit group of artists, designers, screen printers, and craftsmen. What does this mean for you? It means every correspondence happens with the folks who will be printing your order. We have expert knowledge, and you will be working directly with a small shop that values your business. From the very beginning, we at Compound Screen Printing & Embroidery wanted to do things other screen printers don’t do. We will work with you to create a design for a very affordable design rate. Our DTG machine lets us take single-piece orders in as little as 24 hours. And we’re determined to make order pricing as easy as possible.
We offer great shopping advice to help customers choose the right product. Our starting prices are all based on the industry go to, The Gildan Heavy Cotton T-shirt, also known as the Gildan 5000 — but we can get just about any apparel product out there. If you’re looking for a more fashion-forward or softer shirt, we can get those too! We have accounts with tons of t-shirt wholesalers including the brands you know and love like American Apparel, Hanes, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Royal Apparel, Tultex and more.
If there is a specific brand of shirt you love, feel free to contact us to see if it’s something we can get. We’ve been happy to make accounts with new vendors in the past, and sometimes it’s how we discover a new brand that we love.
ALL REFUNDS AFTER 24 HOURS WILL BE IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT. We hope you never need this information but in life, things happen and we will do what we can to make it right. Here's the legal mumbo jumbo. Cancelled Orders: Standard production orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 25% restock fee and remaining balance (ONLY PRINTING COST) will be issued in the form of store credit. Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges. What cannot be returned: Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please email us at [email protected] We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed. If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a reprint, or credit. Print placement is considered in spec within a half inch from side to side and from collar to top of art. If your items are misprinted anything under 12 will be refunded. What can be returned: Most of the blank items we sell can be returned. If a custom printed item is flawed it can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. NO CASH RERUND AFTER 24 HOURS.
